Creamy Avocado Dip

1 large ripe avocado

3 tbsp greek yoghurt

pinch salt

squeeze lime juice

pinch dried chilli flakes (optional)


Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Mash the flesh with the back of a fork until smooth, then mix in the yoghurt, salt, lime and chilli flakes if using. Have a taste and add a little more salt or lime if you feel it needs it.

Serve in a bowl with lots of crunchy veggies to dip in.
