Happy Thoughts!

πŸ’› Happy thoughts and journaling! πŸ’›

Research shows that positive thinking improves our well-being.

A good way to encourage happy and positive thoughts can be through journaling. By writing down your happy thoughts you are reflecting and reminded of all the positivity in your life.

You can also read them back and access those happy thoughts again. Looking back on a happy memory or reading something you are grateful for can be useful if you need a little pick-me-up!

If you are struggling with where to begin, you can start by writing 3 things down once a day that you are grateful for. It can be something big or small.

For example, Sammy is grateful for:

πŸ’› His mum and dad!

πŸ’› The banana porridge he had for breakfast!

πŸ’› His best friend Buster Banana!

Journaling is great for all ages, so we encourage you all to give it a try!

  • Try journaling once a day for a week and see how you feel!
