Buster's smoothie recipe is packed full of nutrition and will slip down a treat.
🍌 Buster Banana’s Breakfast Smoothie:
Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses
• 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups strawberries
• ½ cup porridge oats
• 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, rice, coconut etc)
• 1 tbsp agave, honey or maple syrup
Put everything into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
